Our client is looking to expand their team and they're currently recruiting an AML officer! Being a strategic partner in the gaming industry, our client is looking for candidates who will be reporting directly AML Senior Executive or AML Manager and working on AML/CFT examinations both off-site and on-site at client premises. Additionally, the responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and analysing documentation such as; Risk Assessments, Customer Acceptance Policies and AML Policies and Procedures;
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholder in carrying out observation on site related to assessing their compliance with the AML/CFT obligations
- Drafting
- Drafting findings report of AML/CFT examinations in a timely manner and presenting them to the key stakeholders.
- Following up AML/CFT findings with clients
- Conducting ad hoc tasks as instructed by the AML Manager and/or AML Senior Executive;
- Conducting reviews of clients to ensure compliance and implementation of the Responsible Gaming Regulations;
- Staying abreast of the AML/CFT and Gaming Laws and Regulations;
Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field or the equivalent
- Certifications in AML/CFT would be considered an asset
- Two years of experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of AML/CFT and Regulations both locally and internationally
