Personal Assistant

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to one of the Partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the Partner, including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and managing personal commitments
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and email accordingly
  • Taking minutes of meetings as necessary
  • Providing support to administrative
  • Ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Experience

  • Tertiary level of education will be considered an asset
  • Previous work of administration or PA is a neccessity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Flexible and able to adapt
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
  • Communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective time management
