Corporate Administrator

One of our clients specialising in the Gaming sector is currently seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out a qualitative review of applications to ensure that companies have submitted the required documentation
  • Reviewing any due diligence documents as required
  • Maintaining all relevant information up to date on systems and databases
  • Processing and issuing approvals for Key Persons and other Certificates
  • Coordinating with Companies and Businesses and following up on their requests
  • Reviewing and drafting approvals for any other additional changes
  • Participating in meetings and/or calls with prospective applicants and handling of general queries received via e-mail or telephone
  • Carrying out any other duties/tasks as may be instructed from time to time by his/her superiors.

Experience:

  • In possession of an undergraduate degree is a must
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry is considered an asset
  • Experience in business, commerce, accountancy/finance and/or IT shall be considered an asset

  • Ability to work well within a team and work to tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
