Accounts and Administration Clerk

Our client, a well-established operator in the travel & leisure industry are currently seeking an Accounts and Admin Clerk to help assist with the Finance function. Forming part of a wider team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Carry out daily accounting and administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing monthly accounts, bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Post, sort, fill invoices and other documents
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that may be required from time to time

Experience:

  • Some previous experience in basic accounting duties shall be an asset
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting processes and procedures

Skills:

  • Meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Conscientious and problem solving
  • Assertive and able to make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
