Our client is recruiting a Corporate Administrator to join their growing department. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out a qualitative review of applications received, ensuring that all documentation is submitted appropriately, all applications are complete, and fees are paid accordingly.
- Reviewing any due diligence documents and following up with the Due Diligence team members for relevant vetting, in respect of new applications, and share transfer requests;
- Maintaining information on all clients up to date on the relevant systems.
- Co-ordinating with clients and following up on any application conditions;
- Reviewing any additional changes made which can include, changes within corporate entities, corporate structure, directors, key persons, games and/or game providers, register/operating address, and other company statutory changes;
- Participating in meetings and/or calls with prospective applicants and licensees and handling general queries received via e-mail or telephone;
- Assisting in the development and formulation of, and/or maintaining processes and policies to achieve the objectives set out by the company
- Carrying out any other duties/tasks as may be instructed from time to time
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area
- Experience in the gaming industry shall be considered an asset;
- Experience in business, commerce, accountancy/finance, and/or IT shall be considered an asset;
- Ability to work well in a team and also alone
- Ability to multitask and reach tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize time accordingly
- Ability to identify high-risk areas and organise and present findings and recommendations in a concise manner (both verbal and written);
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- An analytical and problem-solving approach
- Conscientious and attentive to detail
