We are seeking a General Technician to maintain and repair household appliances and equipment for our client's clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in appliances and other household equipment. Additionally, the General Technician will be responsible for ensuring that appliances are in good working condition and adhere to all safety standards.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in household appliances
• Install and test new appliances and equipment
• Communicate with customers to provide guidance and advice on how to properly maintain their appliances
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure that appliances are in compliance with safety regulations

Experience & Skills:

• Technician Diploma or the equivalent
• Proven experience as a general technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
