Our client, an international CSP with offices in Malta, is recruiting a Business Advisor Senior Associate, to join their growing Finance and Deals team. Managing a host of client engagements, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of financial data with a strategic approach.
• Developing financial and business models to support decision-making.
• Offering consultancy services to companies regarding corporate and financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence.
• Advising businesses on financing options, capital expansion, and capital efficiency, which includes financial restructuring, valuations, and capital market transactions.
• Providing tailored business and financial advisory services across diverse industry sectors.

Experience & Skills:

• An MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Economics or Management; or
• A CFA designation would be considered an alternative
• A minimum of 1 year in a similar position would be ideal
• Meticulous and attentive to detail
• Conscientious and problem solving
• Ability to manage time well and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
