Your responsibilities are:

• Assisting in the formation and ongoing management of companies in and out of Malta.
• Drafting shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Advising on directors' duties, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Handling mergers and acquisitions.
• Facilitating the issuance of equity and debt securities on regulated markets and secondary offerings.
• Providing guidance on insolvency and restructuring.
• Handling various corporate and commercial law matters

Requirements

• Hold a Law degree and possess a valid advocate warrant to practice in Malta.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of corporate law.
• Exhibit a proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Display a willingness to actively engage in continued professional development and training.
