We are in search of an HR & Administration Manager who will join forces and collaborate with our esteemed client. The role of the HR & Administration Manager is of utmost importance as it involves supervising and controlling every facet of the Human Resources and Administration responsibilities within your company. This senior executive role demands an individual who can think strategically, exhibit robust leadership qualities, possess an extensive grasp of top-tier HR methodologies, and has the capability to establish a favorable and effective workplace atmosphere for the employees. Your responsibilities are:

  • Offer executive leadership strategic insights on HR policies, talent acquisition, employee growth, and company culture enhancements.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and hiring choices.
  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding programs for new team members. Manage work permits, visas, and Jobs Plus applications for international staff, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations and providing needed assistance.
  • Manage performance evaluations and support career advancement initiatives.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and positive work environment by addressing staff concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly.
  • Implement and enforce company policies in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs, create training programs, and collaborate with departments to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Support professional development through mentoring, job rotations, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Regularly review and update compensation structures to stay in line with industry benchmarks and company goals.
  • Work with external agencies for payroll processing, including calculations for overtime and commissions.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems measuring employee productivity, engagement, and contributions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective performance feedback and enhancement strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and present HR data for decision-making and monitoring key HR metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on employee turnover, engagement, recruitment, and other relevant HR indicators.
  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, vendors, and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for a secure and efficient workplace.
  • Manage insurance matters and collaborate with providers for suitable coverage.
  • Coordinate IT projects and align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Lead lease agreement negotiations for various assets, such as office spaces and equipment.
  • Support Finance with bookkeeping tasks.
  • Act as a liaison for legal and regulatory consultants, applying complex laws to HR and administration practices.

Experience & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position within HR, showcasing strategic acumen and adept people management skills.
  • Profound understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Strong capabilities in problem-solving and making well-informed decisions.
