Corporate and AML Administrator

Our client, an established legal firm, is recruiting a Corporate and AML Administrator to join their team and provide an efficient and effective onboarding process for clients. As part of the team your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the client onboarding and screening process;
  • Conducting a review of client files and customer due diligence data;
  • Assisting in submission of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry;
  • Updating client database;
  • Assisting other members of the team in corporate and compliance matters.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of previous work experience in a similar role or in a corporate services environment;
  • Knowledge of AML/FTF compliance obligations;
  • Proficient in written and spoken Maltese and English;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous;
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
