Our client, an established legal firm, is recruiting a Corporate and AML Administrator to join their team and provide an efficient and effective onboarding process for clients. As part of the team your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the client onboarding and screening process;
- Conducting a review of client files and customer due diligence data;
- Assisting in submission of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry;
- Updating client database;
- Assisting other members of the team in corporate and compliance matters.
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous work experience in a similar role or in a corporate services environment;
- Knowledge of AML/FTF compliance obligations;
- Proficient in written and spoken Maltese and English;
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous;
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
