Our Client is looking for a Head of Recruitment and Quality to join their team. The role of Head of Recruitment and Quality is vital in drawing top talent, driving recruitment strategies, and enhancing candidate experiences. They collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and ensure alignment with ISO standards, including Quality and Environmental Management Systems, all in line with the client's goals. Your responsibilities are:

  • Formulate and execute a recruitment strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives, workforce planning, and talent requisites.
  • Lead and oversee a team of recruiters or talent acquisition experts, furnishing direction, mentorship, and assistance.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end recruitment protocols, encompassing job listings, candidate sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and selection.
  • Foster robust associations with hiring managers and department heads to comprehend talent needs, job prerequisites, and preferred candidate profiles.
  • Generate regular recruitment reports detailing trends, metrics, and insights to guide decisions and pinpoint enhancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job platforms, and talent procurement partners to refine the recruitment workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure impartial and equitable hiring practices.
  • Create, implement, and sustain a comprehensive Quality and Environmental Management System aligned with industry standards and regulations. This involves outlining quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent adherence across the organization.
  • Establish and oversee quality assurance procedures and initiatives to verify conformity of products, services, and processes with prescribed standards.
  • Propel continual improvement campaigns organization-wide to elevate quality, efficiency, and customer contentment.
  • Oversee customer feedback and complaints regarding quality matters. Establish mechanisms for collecting customer input, analyze patterns, and initiate corrective measures to tackle concerns and enhance overall customer contentment.
  • Adhere to company policies, protocols, and directives across all job facets.
  • Cultivate a culture of adherence within the team and the organization.
  • Recognize and manage potential risks linked to non-compliance.
  • Protect sensitive information and conform to data protection protocols.
  • Remain updated on policy, procedural, and regulatory changes.
  • Take part in relevant training sessions to sustain knowledge currency.
  • Swiftly report any policy breaches or unethical conduct.
  • Champion integrity, candor, and ethical behavior.
