Our client is recruiting a Director of Marketing to spearhead the company's internationalisation efforts. Within this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the development of a top-tier marketing asset portfolio, ensuring its timely and targeted deployment to relevant markets and audiences.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product team to glean insights that inform the creation of effective marketing and branding strategies tailored to the company's platform.
  • Strategically elevating the company's profile and establishing it as a trusted and esteemed partner for City Partners.
  • Taking charge of the comprehensive Communications strategy including PR initiatives.
  • Leading the expansion and enhancement of the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities within existing client bases and securing new partnerships with City Partners.
  • Assessing both short- and long-term resource requirements, overseeing the development and management of the annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
  • Leveraging key performance metrics and tracking tools to conduct market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign evaluations, and consumer trend assessments, translating findings into actionable directives for the marketing team.
  • Representing the company at conventions, conferences, and trade shows, curating compelling displays and collateral, and delivering post-event reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrating adept leadership to foster the growth and sustained motivation of a team of marketing professionals.
  • Assuming overall responsibility for overseeing marketing technologies.
  • Remaining abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the ride-hailing sector to inform strategic decision-making.

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns; preferably within the ride-hailing or related industry.
  • Knowledgeable regarding digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
