Our client is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their growing Global Operations team and work closely with other stakeholders to drive business growth in other regions. Additionally, you will also be responsible for:
- Establishing, expanding and enhancing a network of channel partners across target markets to extend the Company's reach and platform awareness consistently.
- Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and success for City Partners.
- Devising and implementing comprehensive business development strategies for assigned regions and market segments.
- Identifying and assessing potential City Partners in strategic international markets.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with industry stakeholders to foster enduring collaborations and trust.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Developing persuasive value propositions and presentations showcasing the advantages of our solutions to prospective City Partners.
- Leading negotiation processes and overseeing deal cycles to secure contracts and partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and refine business development approaches.
- Keeping updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements affecting the ride-hailing sector.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, particularly within the technology or transportation industries.
- Experience in closing complex deals with international clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential City Partners at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in using business development tools.
