Lead Global Sales Manager

Our client, a local company going through an international expansion, is recruiting a Lead Global Sales Manager to join the growing Global Operations Team. Apart from being responsible for identifying and curating leads in major European countries, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Formulating and executing a comprehensive global sales strategy aimed at enhancing market penetration and driving revenue growth.
  • Identifying and initiating contact with potential City Partners in key international markets, with a primary focus on Europe and the MENA region.
  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders within the ride-hailing/taxi industry, establishing trust and rapport at executive levels.
  • Showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantages of the company's software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating and finalising deals, securing contracts with new City Partners and expanding our global presence.
  • Leading and coaching a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and foster business expansion.
  • Analysing and interpreting sales performance data to uncover trends, gauge success, and refine strategies for optimization.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the ride-hailing sector.

Experience & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and driving sales teams in international markets.
  • Extensive experience in closing complex deals with high-profile clients in the ride-hailing or technology industries.
  • Deep understanding of the global ride-hailing/taxi industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients at all levels of the organisation.
  • Expertise in using sales and marketing software tools.
